The platform and the service work together
A cloud foundation is only valuable if it continues to support delivery after implementation. LaunchCode therefore includes the architecture, automation and shared delivery machinery needed for safe ongoing operation; it does not depend on Larrison operating every capability.
A client with established cloud expertise can own day-to-day operation. Where capability is missing, stretched or still developing, Larrison can manage agreed areas and work with client teams through a clear intake, prioritisation and change process.
This gives clients a genuine choice of operating model while preserving continuity between architecture, engineering and operations.
Three connected foundations with flexible ownership
Real cloud work rarely stays within traditional service towers. A new workload may require workspace configuration, network connectivity, identity changes and delivery pipelines at the same time.
Workspace management
Configuration and provisioning of secure cloud environments tailored to specific workload requirements.
Networking
Robust connectivity solutions ensuring secure and efficient data transit across distributed systems.
Identity & access
Comprehensive management of digital identities and secure access controls for all cloud resources.
LaunchCode groups the platform around three connected foundations. Each can be operated as a complete capability by the client or by Larrison, with a clear owner and defined interfaces to the others.
This simpler model reduces scope gaps and makes it easier to understand who is responsible when changes cross technical boundaries.
Clear responsibility without unnecessary handovers
LaunchCode does not require Larrison to operate every cloud function. Clients may retain capabilities they already perform well or need to control directly.
Retain control
Keep managing the areas where your team excels.
Seamless handovers
Clear boundaries prevent operational confusion.
When Larrison managed operations can help
Managed operations are an optional service for clients that do not have sufficient in-house capability, want access to specialist expertise or prefer Larrison to operate selected platform foundations. The scope is agreed capability by capability.

LaunchCode evolves with the organisation
The balance between client ownership and managed operations can change over time. A client may operate LaunchCode from the outset, ask Larrison to manage only selected capabilities, or use managed services temporarily while internal experience is developed.
LaunchCode can also expand as digital delivery grows - adding workspaces, service patterns, integrations and new platform capability through the same controlled operating model.
The objective is not to create permanent dependency. It is to give the organisation a stable platform, clear choices and an operating model that can evolve without losing control or engineering quality.
Designed for government and regulated environments
LaunchCode incorporates security, traceability and controlled change into everyday operation. Its architecture and operating practices are designed to support alignment with organisational policies and relevant Australian Government security requirements, including the Information Security Manual and Protective Security Policy Framework where applicable.
The platform does not replace an organisation's own risk decisions, accreditation or assurance obligations. It provides a more consistent and observable foundation for meeting them.
